What exactly is a virtual assistant?

A VA is a skilled professional who provides administrative, operational or specialist support remotely. We handle the tasks that are important but don't require you personally — freeing your time for what matters most.

How does the notice period work?

Starter plan clients can cancel with just two weeks' notice. Standard and Premium clients require 30 days' notice. Either way, no penalties and no awkward conversations — we'll wind down your account cleanly.

What if I need more hours than my plan includes?

No problem — we can add additional hours as a one-off or upgrade your plan. Most clients start on Starter and grow naturally as they see the value.

How quickly can you get started?

Once we've had a discovery call, agreed scope and received payment, we typically begin within 2–3 working days. We move quickly.

Do I get the same VA every time?

Yes — you'll have a dedicated VA as your primary contact who gets to know your business inside out. But there's a full team behind them so you're never left without support.

What tools and software do you use?

We adapt to whatever you use — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Notion, Trello and more. We work in your existing systems wherever possible.

Is my information kept confidential?

Absolutely. We treat all client information with utmost discretion. We're happy to sign an NDA if required — just mention it during your discovery call.

Can you help with home admin as well as business?

Yes! Many clients use us for both. From work inboxes to booking holidays and household correspondence — we help wherever you need us most.
