Pro VAs was founded by Sarah and Ellie — two experienced professionals and parents based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. Our name was lovingly created in the school playground, inspired by the initials of our children. It felt right: personal, warm and a little bit cheeky.

Between us, we bring years of experience in administration, operations, customer service and project management — supporting everyone from individual founders to established organisations.
